Macaroni Salad Recipe

This is one of my favorite desserts. Just few days ago, I made my home-made and own-styled macaroni salad during my baby's 1st birthday. Making this dessert doesn't need to be expensive. If you only know how to budget and choose cheaper ingredients, you can still achieve a sweeter and yummier Macaroni salad recipe.

Ingredients:

400g Fiesta elbow macaroni
1 medium-sized Fruit Cocktail
2 cans condensed milk
2 cans Nestle cream
250 mL mayonnaise
1 piece cheese
2 cans nata de coco, red
2 cans kaong, green

Optional: You can also add Raisins in your recipe. I prefer not to add mine.

Instructions:
  • Cook macaroni. Follow the cooking instructions in the package carefully.
  • Drain the nata de coco, kaong and the fruit cocktail. Set aside.
  • Combine all the ingredients: mayonnaise, nestle cream, condensed milk, and cheese.
  • Put in a preserving bottle and put in the refrigerator.
  • Serve when cold.
  • Enjoy!
